How to Apply to

To have my sperm vials shipped to you, please follow these steps:

1. Please be sure you really want to do this. Read this web page carefully to make sure you are fully informed. If you have any questions, please email pub2@freevials.com.
2. Email me a note requesting my sperm vials. Please also include the answers to these questions questions in order to help me to be sure that shipping you my sperm is both legal and likely to be beneficial.
3. I will reply by email about availability of vials and mailing address and sperm bank details needed below.
4. Please sign and mail me this legal contract. The contract protects you and me (the sperm donor). You can print out a copy of this contract from this web page. I will give you the mailing address.
5. As soon as I receive your signed contract, I will authorize the sperm bank to accept orders from you for the sperm vials and to supply you with my medical records. I will also notify you by email so that you can phone my sperm bank and begin making arrangements for your shipments and inseminations.
6. You place orders with the sperm bank as needed. From now on, you deal with the sperm bank and not with me. The sperm bank should charge you no fees. At no time will I ask you for money.
7. When you succeed, it would make me happy if you let me know by email. However, this is your choice, and if you would rather not communicate with me again, that is fine.
